Description

The Frymaster 8102909 Drawn Pan Hold-Down Ring Assembly holds the filter paper and screen firmly in place against the bottom of the cleaning tray allowing it to operate properly. The metal frame forces debris to pass through the media instead of going around the filter, preventing bypass. This part is placed directly on the crumb tray or filter pan over the paper and screen to keep it and the screen in place during the oil cycling process. When the filtration system is aligned properly, it runs as intended and does not allow loose parts to break internal mechanical parts.
