Description

The Frymaster 8122226 Gas Fryer Pressure Switch FV HUBA GL30 senses pressure within the airflow system and changes its electrical contact state when the specified pressure threshold is reached. As pressure conditions change during operation, the switch communicates with the control circuit to confirm the required airflow before the heating sequence continues. Installed in the fryer's combustion or blower section, the pressure switch connects to both the pressure line and the electrical control assembly. It operates with the burner and ignition parts to monitor operating conditions throughout the cooking cycle.
