Frymaster 823-6486 Fryer Female Connector Suction MJPRO

The Frymaster 823-6486 Female Connector Suction MJPRO is a suction-side connection part used within the oil filtration system of compatible commercial fryer equipment, providing a joining point between the suction line and the filtration assembly for directing cooking oil through the connected circulation path. It joins the suction line to the filtration assembly, forming a closed circuit for the cooking oil to flow through the system. It can capture used oil from the fry pot during the filtration cycle and filter out the contaminants prior to returning the oil to the fry pot for reuse. This connector is part of the fryer's filtration system and is an essential part for ensuring the correct oil flow, filtration, and operation.
