The Frymaster 8261148 Gas Fryer Conversion Kit Dual Vat Propane to Natural Gas MJH50/52 enables the change of the fuel sources by substituting current burner valves with those that are needed to fit various pressure demands. This equipment recalibrates the internal distribution system to provide the right volumetric flow of natural gas to the heating elements in a dual-vat system. Installation is made on the inside of the internal burner assembly of the commercial frying unit. It is used in commercial kitchen systems.
