Description

The Frymaster FM8262505 Fryer Computer Control Board is used to operate and regulate the frying cycles by transmitting the electronic signals to heating elements and sensors to maintain a constant temperature during the cooking cycle. It keeps track of the inputs of the operations and changes the timing sequences to automatically coordinate the operations of the unit. This is intended to be installed into the pilot display and is directly attached to the electronic housing of the pan, with existing wiring and components being connected to it to allow the hardware of the skillet.
