The Frymaster 8072278 Fuse 600V 20 AMP KTK-R-20 is a safety element that is meant to break the electrical circuit in case the current flowing is more than the required rating. It operates by cutting the circuit immediately when there is overload to prevent internal electrical components in the circuit to be damaged. The fuse is installed in the electrical control box or fuse holder assembly of the fryer and is easily accessed and replaced in commercial kitchens.
