The Blodgett 20442 Combination Oven Fuse Holder 30A Class CC protects the electrical circuits within the oven by interrupting the power safely in case of an overload. It is mounted in the control panel of the oven where it is connected to the main power supply and also to the other electrical components. It contains a 30-amp Class CC fuse to ensure the safe operation of the combination oven and to avoid the destruction of inner circuits, as well as to provide the safe functioning of the appliance in the conditions of the commercial kitchen.
