The Vulcan Hart FE-023-55 Fuse Holder 15A 300V contains and installs a fuse in the circuit of the fryer and the fuse is able to interrupt the circuit in case of excessive current. It provides a touch point to the fuse ends, which ensures that the flow of electricity is continuous until the moment of its disconnection is necessary. This fuse holder is installed in the electrical compartment or control area of the fryer and is fitted in the power path where overcurrent protection elements are found.
