Description

The FWE FWET-STAT H1 Thermostat senses air temperature around the heated compartment and converts thermal changes into movement of its switching contacts. The contact movement cycles the connected heating circuit, increasing or interrupting power as chamber conditions cross the selected control point. It covers 90°F-190°F, the 5/16" X 8-3/4" bulb and the 36" capillary assembly fit within the cabinet sensing zone, with the bulb positioned in the heated space and the capillary routed toward the controller. This thermostat is used in holding cabinets where regulated warming maintains prepared foods during regular service periods.
