Description

The FWE TSTAT-H1 Thermostat responds to temperature variation through a sensing bulb connected to the internal switching mechanism. The expansion within the thermal sensing system moves the contacts, cycling the heating circuit as chamber conditions change. Covering 90°F-190°F, the Bulb 5/16" X 8-3/4" Capillary 36" assembly fits within the cabinet temperature-sensing section, with the bulb positioned near stored food and the capillary extending to the control area. This thermostat is used in commercial systems where controlled heat supports consistent food-holding conditions throughout warming and service operation throughout each active shift.
