Description

The Ranco G1-11015-000 Thermostat Kit regulates an appliance circuit by sensing temperature through its remote bulb. When surrounding heat reaches the preset threshold, internal contacts change state to control the connected electrical load. This part mounts within the equipment control area, positioned with the sensing bulb extending toward the monitored zone. The fixed setting is 162°F, while the bulb measures 5-1/2 inches by 3/8 inch. An 18-inch capillary tube links the sensor to the control frame. Terminal connections provide interfaces for corresponding conductors inside compatible foodservice equipment.
