The Garland 2520803 Griddle Orifice Pilot 62MS Series is an accurately sized gas orifice that regulates the amount of pilot gas flowing to the ignition burner of the griddle. When the gas is flowing through the orifice, the controlled opening is maintained to be sure that the main burners are ignited. It fits in the pilot gas line of MS Series griddles that are compatible with it, and it is installed between the regulator or valve and the pilot assembly. The orifice leads to the pilot fitting and becomes a part of the gas supply system for the correct operation of the pilot.
