Description

The Garland 3060400 Electric Griddle Relay 1-Pole 25A is an electromagnetic switch that opens and closes electrical contacts to control the flow of high current. It is opened to energize the heating elements when the thermostat transmits a low-voltage signal to the internal coil which in turn causes the resulting magnetic field to pull the single-pole contactor shut. It is usually used in the internal control electrical housing of the cooking equipment and is placed between the power supply and the resistance wires.
