The Bakers Pride R3104X Pizza Oven Natural Gas Valve controls the flow of natural gas by opening or closing an internal passage in reaction with the control system. It provides the supply of gas to the burner when it is required and cuts off the supply to prevent combustion. The valve will be mounted on commercial pizza ovens and it is installed on the 1/2" gas lines to be connected to the gas control system that is already present on the appliance.
