Description

The Cleveland 1064001 Convection Steamer Gas Control Valve 3/4" regulates gas flow to the burner by opening, and closing an internal valve in response to a regulated signal. The valve coordinates ignition and shutdown by allowing gas passage only, supporting controlled steam generation during cooking cycles. It is installed within the gas supply line inside compatible conversion steamers, positioned between the incoming gas connection and the burner assembly. The connection size accommodates standard piping, while the configuration matches common control circuits used in commercial kitchen equipment.
