The Market Forge 08-7913 Temperature Control with Potentiometer 120V is a temperature adjustment element to fit into compatible commercial cooking or heating equipment. It measures the temperature of the system and enables the choice of the required setpoint through the built-in potentiometer and transmits control signals to heating circuits through feedback. It is mounted in the control panel of the equipment and connected to the electrical and heating systems. In use it controls the turn on and off of heating elements to keep the desired range of temperatures constant through regular cooking or heating processes.
