The American Dish Service 299-1004 Temperature Gauge Rear Palnut Mount operates by gauging and showing the internal temperature of the equipment to ensure that proper monitoring is done when the equipment is in operation. It operates on a sensor system that monitors the temperature variation and sends the measurements to the gauge display so that the temperature can be controlled accurately. This sensor is installed at the back of the dishwasher with a palnut connector that enables the sensor to be firmly fixed and easily accessed to maintain or adjust the measurement of the sensor in commercial dishwasher units.
