The American Dish Service 299-1005 1/2" MPT Temperature Gauge W/ 1/4" X 2" Bulb Palnut Rear Mount is used to measure the internal temperature and to read the temperature during wash or rinse operation. It is applied to sense the temperature changes of the fluid or chamber and then pass that information to the dial indicator. This piece is designed to fit into commercial cleaning equipment and is mounted on the outside of the unit with a rear mount in which the display is visible and the probe extends into the system.
