Description

The Giles 20521 Filter Left Fsh-5 Type Eac 20" works based on the internal medium, which causes the oil in cooking to be filtered through an internal medium to separate food particles and residue during the process. Contaminants are extracted as the oil circulates, with the clarified oil returning into the system to be reused. This element can be found on the left of the filtration assembly of compatible equipment. It is configured to fit into an existing configuration and is connected to existing filtration connections. This is used in commercial kitchen setups to facilitate routine oil maintenance procedures.
