Description

The Giles 23754 High Limit Thermostat 425F 208-240V is a safety control part that will stop the heating if the fryer oil temperature is exceeded. It works by means of a sensing bulb, which senses the temperature of the fluid inside, which in turn causes an electrical switch-off of the heating circuit. It is usually used in the interior of the commercial deep fryer assembly, adjacent to the heating element or the tank wall, and is wired by the factory. It is used to keep the fryer under control and to ensure a uniform fryer performance in repeated cooking cycles.
