Description

The GILES 40818 Fryer Drain Ball Valve Single Thread End 1-1/4" operates as a manual shutoff assembly that regulates liquid discharge by rotating an internal ball with a drilled passage, aligning or blocking the flow path inside the valve body as the handle is turned. When positioned open, the internal bore aligns with the outlet channel to allow fryer oil or liquid to drain through the piping system, and when rotated closed, the solid portion of the ball seals the passage to stop flow completely under system pressure.
