Description

The Giles 41019 Fryer Filter Screen 15-3/8" x 32-3/8" filters the food particles and debris on its way through. Its mesh structure allows continuous filtering during the work as the oil passes through the mesh and the solids remain. To keep the fryer oil clear, it is placed directly over the vat and fits properly to cover the oil surface and to work with the filtration system and is an installed part to keep oil clean in commercial cooking machines.
