Description

The Giles 70719 Fryer Retrofit Antunes Control Kit 375°F operates by substituting mechanical thermostats with an electronic sensor system that measures the temperature of the oil by using a submerged probe. This controller is used to adjust the electrical current to the heating components to keep the thermal state at a constant temperature during the cooking process. The part is mounted in the main electrical compartment at the bottom of the front interface of the appliance. This change incorporates a digital display and solid-state relays in the already existing frame to control heat cycles.
