Description

The GILES 71754 Fryer Pump and Motor Assembly 1/2HP operates by circulating oil to ensure that the temperature and flows, in the cooking system are kept at a steady level. It operates by an electric motor, which runs a pump that circulates oil at 5GPM and that evenly circulates heat in the fryer. This is fitted into compatible commercial fryers, and is usually placed in the lower cabinet next to the oil reservoir.
