The Garland GL1360200 Thermostat BJWA is a temperature-sensing part compatible with cooking equipment. It operates based on a sensing bulb and a capillary tube of 3/16" by 9" to monitor the amount of heat in the cooking cavity. It is mounted in the control panel and linked to internal heating components to be able to cycle burners or elements to reach desired temperatures.
