Description

The Garland GL1806501 Convection Oven Dual Gas Solenoid Valve controls the supply of natural gas or liquid propane into the burner system by opening and closing as a result of electrical signals sent by the thermostat. This two-fold action process is used, to make sure that the fuel passes properly through the 3/8" FPT inlet to the main burner and the 1/4" CCT pilot outlet during the ignition process. This vital part is directly attached to the internal gas manifold assembly of the oven, between the main supply line and the burner orifice.
