Description

The Garland GL4517610 Thermostat is a temperature control component designed for commercial cooking equipment. It maintains temperatures up to 500F by sensing the temperature with a bulb attached to a 36" capillary tube. When the sensing bulb senses temperature changes within the system, the pressure in the capillary will open or close the heating circuit as necessary, according to the temperature changes. The sensing bulb is mounted in the heated area to get the accurate reading, and the control is mounted in the control panel of the equipment. It regulates the temperature, ensuring stable cooking performance in normal use.
