Description

The Garland GL4522585 Open Burner Knob works by attaching to the stem of the burner to provide a physical control to the flow of gas. The rotation of this part controls the internal valve opening, and this regulates the intensity of the flame between a low simmer and a high sear. This particular dial is fitted to the front control panel of compatible commercial ranges, making it easy for the operator to see and access instantly when cooking in large quantities. The exterior features high-contrast markings that indicate the amount of heat and can be used to maintain similar thermal control.
