Step1: Ensure the gas supply is shut off and the appliance is completely cool.

Step2: Remove the cooking grate to access the existing cast iron radiant.

Step3: Lift out the old radiant and clean the burner area thoroughly.

Step4: Position the new cast iron radiant over the burner in the correct orientation.

Step5: Ensure it sits securely on the support brackets without movement.

Step6: Reinstall the cooking grate, restore the gas supply, and test burner operation.
