The Garland GLG02725-16 Dial insert knob overlay 150-500°F displays the range of temperatures by giving a marked scale that can be used to match the control knob positions. The indicator moves to match the printed markings on the overlay, indicating the selected temperature setting as the control knob is turned. It fits on the control panel of compatible cooking equipment, behind or around the knob, such that the engraved scale is visible through the panel cutout. The design of the overlay and temperature scale is specified with knob layouts to be able to see clearly when operating.
