Description

The Garland GLM8-56 Burner Orifice is a system that measures the flow of gas to a burner by creating a hole of just the right size to limit the amount of fuel that reaches the combustion chamber, aiding in the creation of the correct features of the flame that they use. It is fitted in the gas train at the burner or hood assembly of compatible cooking equipment where the 3/8"-27 inlet and 1/2 in. This hood opening is used in commercial ranges and ovens where it is intended to fit that setup.
