Description

The Groen GR009000 Draw Off Valve Faucet 1-1/2" is a controlled outlet for liquids from commercial systems. It is mainly used to safely and accurately discharge soups, sauces or cooking liquids after the cooking process. The valve is mounted on the kettles discharge opening and is operated by a spindle, which is moved by a handle to open and close the valve controlling flow. It can be used in the kitchen to assist with portion control and to safely move hot items into containers. In the systems a faucet is vital for ensuring proper drainage facilitating smooth operation during food production.
