Description

The Cecilware S013A Fire Grate 11-3/4" X 8-1/2" BC/CCB is a structural cooking component of tall commercial gas cookers and other such systems to hold and place the cooking media over the burner area. The grate provides a stable surface on which heat can be transferred and flames and heat can be lifted to the food during normal operation. It is mounted on the cooking cavity and is positioned on the support ledges of the unit and interacts with the grates around it to form a smooth cooking surface. It is applied in the high-volume foodservice operations.
