The Vulcan Hart 00-710423 Broiler Grate is a high quality cast iron cooking surface that is 20-3/4" x 5-5/8". As with most full size grates these have four crossbars and seven ribs, keeping an excellent support as well as heat distribution for broiling meats, seafood or vegetables. Versatile in cooking styles, its reversible design rises 3/4" to ensure even heat exposure. It fits perfectly into Wolf broilers and other broiler configurations with a leg height of 2". The cast iron material of Blues grill is an ideal material for better heat retention and cooking, that help the sear marks and flavor to be perfect.
