Manufacturer:
The Imperial 36015 Gas Thermostat Control Valve is used to control the temperature of gas griddles so that the heat used in cooking can be well controlled. It comes with a 1/4 FPT gas input and 1/8 FPT gas output, the cap size is 24 inches with the 3/16 x 7-1/2 bulb for temperature control. The 1/4” D-stem is push-to-turn and this makes its adjustment easier and since it does not snap back it also throttles down nicely for constant cooking. That is why this robust and trustworthy thermostat is great for commercial kitchens because it optimizes the temperatures required for cooking processes.
