The Hobart 00-016430-00001 Grinder Plate is a perforated surface that forces the product through the grinding process to create uniform food particle size as the food is forced to contact the cutting blades. It is fitted on the grinder head where it is aligned with the blade assembly, letting material pass through the 1/8" holes. The plate is designed to fit between the cutting blade and the housing of the grinder.It assists in generating a consistent grind size and allows the unit to run normally.
