Description

The Groen 004825 Jacketed Kettle Burner Assembly HH/4-40 lights up and combines gas and air to form a regulated flame that heats the jacket medium of the commercial systems. The assembly directs the flow of the fuel through the valves and ports to react to the operating signals to ensure the same amount of heat is added to the cooking cycles. It is mounted in the burner compartment under the jacketed kettle and is so mounted to direct the heat towards the jacket base, and it is combined with ignition, gas supply, and control parts.
