Description

The Groen 010250 Thermostatic Steam Trap is a 1/2" part that is used to control the release of condensate and non-condensable gases through the steam of the commercial kettle. It works on the concept of detecting temperature variations so that condensate can be pumped out, leaving the live steam in the jacket to transfer heat effectively. This steam trap is used in kitchens, food preparation plants and institutional cooking processes.
