Description

The Groen 013488 Casting Trunnion Race is a structural element of braising pans that allows the pan to tilt and rotate. It provides the trunnion assembly with a stable surface, which allows the pan to be placed in a controlled position during cooking and pouring. This section is usual in commercial kitchen settings where there is a need for large-capacity cooking equipment. It is installed in the support system of the pan and operates with mechanical linkages to make it run smoothly. It is normally changed to ensure that the brazing unit is proper.
