Description

The Groen 080655 Latch Assembly works by fitting a heavy strike plate that provides a tight airtight fit between the door of the oven and the main cabinet. This system uses springs to keep the handle closed preventing heat from escaping while cooking at high temperatures. The component is attached to the back of the door frame on the outside of the oven and fits properly with the adjacent catch mechanism. This equipment keeps the door open and closed at a steady rate and creates, the right amount of internal pressure to evenly distribute heat in the convection oven.
