Groen 144833 Braising Pan Radiation Shield Weldment 40 Gallon BP

The Groen 144833 Braising Pan Radiation Shield Weldment 40-gallon directs heat out of the exterior and permits effective cooking inside the skillet. It reflects and scatters the bright energy of the heating elements, which contributes to the maintenance of uniform internal temperatures in operation. This shield is placed within the appliance unit and surrounds the source of warmth to provide a shield between the pan walls and direct radiation. It is made of single weldment, which means that it can be integrated into the existing parts of the pan and can be replaced without having to disassemble other structures around it.
