Groen 83667 Mechanical Actuator

The Groen 83667 Mechanical Actuator is a motion-control system that is used in commercial cooking appliances to convert mechanical power into regulated movement in the appliance. Fitted into the operating mechanism of the unit it aids in opening, closing, or positioning internal assemblies in the cooking or handling operations. It works in conjunction with linkages, switches and control systems that synchronize the mechanical activities of the appliance. The actuator allows proper movement in the system, enhances the efficiency of handling, and assists in sustaining the overall operation of the equipment when it is used on a regular foodservice basis.
