Description

The Groen Z098642 Pilot Assembly provides gas to the control flame required for ignition within compatible convection steamers. It operates by providing and sustaining a small flame that is used to light the main burner when the steamer requests heat. This assembly is installed in the burner compartment of compatible convection steamers and is located close to the main gas burner. It is located in a position where it can come in direct contact with the ignition and combustion system. The pilot assembly is part of the propane gas heating system and assists in the start-up of the burner during steamer operation.
