The Blodgett 7855 Handle is a control part that is used on compatible commercial cooking equipment with a 1/4" D-shaped stem. This polished handle is 3 inches in diameter and 1" deep, and it can be used by the operator to manually set the temperature or choose an operation on ovens, ranges, etc. It is mounted on the front control panel and clips firmly onto the control shaft to give it tactile input and easy rotation. It is also part of the control interface of the equipment, which assists in user input for food service equipment.
