The Hatco 04-17-640-00 Holding Cabinet 3-Tier Pan Rack is an assembly designed for commercial food holding equipment. It provides three levels to position food pans securely in the cabinet so that multiple products can be stored and/or displayed at the same time. The rack is used to hold the pans and to keep them spaced apart as needed for access and air circulation as proper.
