Hatco R02.01.295.00 Drawer Warmer Temperature Probe Kit

The Hatco R02.01.295.00 Temperature Probe Kit is a temperature sensing assembly used with compatible Hatco drawer warmers. The probe detects temperature within the heated drawer and sends the corresponding signal to the electronic temperature control. It is installed in the designated sensing place where the probe can monitor conditions inside the warming area. During operation the sensing element responds to temperature changes and provides input to the control circuit. The control uses this signal to regulate the connected heating circuit according to the selected temperature setting. The kit is listed for electronic temperature control arrangements operating at 208V 220V and 240V.
