Description

The Hatco R02-01-375-10 Controller & Probe Kit controls equipment temperature by receiving input from the sensing element and adjusting the heating circuit that is connected to it. When the temperature alters in the monitored zone, it transmits a signal to the controller that will then act on the basis of the set value. It is placed in the control area, and the sensing element is placed close to the area to be monitored. It is used in commercial foodservice equipment for controlling heating cycles and includes wiring from the control to the appliance circuit and probe during operation.
