The Turbochef HCS-3006 Conveyor Belt 16" Model 1618 operates by moving continuously over, a motorized conveyor ring through a heated appliance. This internal motion provides even thermal treatment of components, from the entry point to the exit tray during the cooking cycle. It is firmly mounted in the main cavity and rotates around the internal rollers, creating a flat moving surface for a uniform flow rate. The links are designed for high-temperature applications and provide structural stability in the high-temperature conditions while allowing air to flow through them for the impingement results in high-volume commercial food service applications.
