The Cecilware G250Q Heating Element converts electrical energy into heat to maintain cooking temperatures, in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. When connected to a 208-volt power supply, the element generates 6 kilowatts of heat output, warming system oil or other heated surfaces through direct electrical resistance. This component is installed inside the heating section of compatible electric systems and related equipment where it remains immersed or positioned within the designated heating area during operation. Its formed metal layout is shaped to fit a particular unit and connect with the equipments electrical terminals and mounting points.
