Description

The Market Forge 97-5036 Heating Element is a high-capacity heating part that is used in commercial steam kettles, and provides 15 kilowatts of heat at 480 volts. It uses electrical energy to convert it into thermal energy to heat and hold the contents in the kettle. The element is permanently fixed to the heating chamber of the kettle to provide the cooking surface with even heating.
